This is an excellent lawn tool!August 27, 2010 James R. Holland(Boston, MA) With so many customer reviews already listed here, I can only add my two cents worth and that is that I'm very, very happy with the way this piece of equipment works. I can't think of any changes I'd make other than make it lighter--if that can be done without limiting the effectiveness of the current models.
Excellent !!!!!!June 6, 2010 Eddie S(New York, New York) I had this clipper for a couple of years now and I am very satisfied with it. I have a pretty large hedge and it cuts the whole thing on one charge. I'm still using the same battery too! No need for a new battery, this one still works fine.
eases up trimmingMarch 29, 2010 S. Schwartz I got a refurb for my mom who is disabled. It's lightweight and the charge lasts longer than she does. She really likes it for her hedge roses and misc. stuff around her big yard.
fine refurb deviceAugust 20, 2009 Douglas Dodds(Cambridge, MA, USA) This model was an upgrade for me, even though it was a refurb, and it has been a delight to cut my large number of hedges with it. The battery lasts just about as long as I do, before needing a recharge; the cutter is new and sharp and glides through the twigs. It's not as smooth and quiet as a new one would be, but for 1/3 the price or so, it's a great buy.
B&D Cordless Hedge TrimmerAugust 9, 2009 B. T. Gregory This is an outstanding product, the 18 volt system has enough power to cut through normal shrubs and the charge lasts 45 min. to 1 hour. I also have the 18 volt B&D string trimmer and between the 2 pieces of equipment I have 3 18 volt batteries and this is enough power to tame any job I would start.
